Praise be to Allah Who fulfilled His promise, helped His slave, cherished His soldiers and defeated the parties alone, so praise be to Allah as He deserves to be praised

Thanks to all who participated in this national democratic process especially the Supreme Judiciary, I make special mention to Mr. Fa'iq Zedan, Federal Court, Election Commission and the special representative of Secretary General for UN (Jeanine Plasschaert) and to all partners, also thanks to Iraqi people who got victory after patience, thanks to Al-Marji'iya who are sponsor and caller for this electoral carnival which deserves from us praise, thanks and celebration. Calling for preserving of peace whereas the homeland is trust which we should defend on it through hastening in forming (National majority government) neither Eastern nor Western which its light shines from the land of homeland and return on the people with service and safety
