In the name of Allah

After the army of Iraq regained their prestige in regaining what the corrupters sold by their careless deeds, and after they could impose their power and regain their reputation as we knew them, and as they are people of trustworthy, dignity and courage, and after keeping away the ghost of partisan, sectarian, national and militia interferences and others from them, and after the ghost of dictatorship was removed from them praise be to Allah. Today, they are the strongest and most important security force in our beloved Iraq, according to my understanding and my trust in them, they are able to protect Iraq from inside and outside especially after vanishing the external and internal interferences in their deeds, especially we are going to practice a democratic electoral process in which they will vote transparently without political pressures. They are obligated to protect the electoral centers and ballot boxes from burning, corruption and childish behaviors and others, also we are obligated to respect and support them, work to strengthen them and demand their rights as they are obligated to do their duties with thanks. I'm certain that they suffer as the people suffer from corruption and oppression therefore they will support the reformation for their homeland and people. May Allah has mercy upon their martyrs, heals their wounded, guides their steps and keeps away from them the cunning of enemies and envious whereas they are seekers and mujahidoon for the sake of Allah and homeland, greeting and honor from us to them…. and peace
