Stop the random shooting \ The speech of Muqtada Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr in his account in Twitter on 5/6/2021

In the name of Allah

Some activists circulate in social media a campaign that is: Stop the random shooting

But before I declare my attitude towards this campaign, I have to illustrate some important matters or say some important questions

Is random shooting a governmental corruption or popular corruption? Will the campaign be a deterrent? What are the reasons of random shooting? The reasons of random shooting are psychological internal emotions of repressed souls and besieged by environment which is free from everything except the violence then it results a case which we call it (random violence) in which the person tries to bring out what he has from violence energy in wrong and shameful way. This psychological state which its emotions are rarely deliberate or organized so the sick doesn't need to campaigns in social media but to realistic campaigns which are nearer to brainwashing which the scenes of killing, wars, planes, violence, terrorism and occupation have grown in it, it is too difficult for the person to distinguish between the cases which need to violence and between the cases which need other than that. From this side, it may be said: that case is popular corruption case not governmental one… unless it is said: if the government controlled on the weapon, no one could use it in wrong situations whether in random shooting in happy and sad occasions or tribal attacks and clashes or falling the state prestige or much else. In addition to that, the government even it came from the people but the people remain influenced by it and by its deeds, when they see some types of security forces use their weapons against their government or against the people then they will try to imitate them, such people try to throw the ball in government's court and they will say that the random shooting is governmental corruption, we say: Do the people respond to the government if it decided the following

First: A campaign to take the weapons with all their types from all without sectarian or racial discrimination and restricting the weapons at the government

Second: Purifying the security forces including the popular mobilization Al-Mujahid from the loose members or the impudent and make them under the commandment of commander in chief of armed forces not under the commandment or leadership from here and there

Third: Punishing each person from the tribes if he used his weapon in clashes or attacks or the like

Many people will say: if the government can't protect us so we will not give our weapons, or the weapons of resistance are dignity and honor and we will not make peace, or the tribe is higher than the government or other pleas which will remain on the security breakdown in our beloved Iraq, isn't it!!?? But how the government can protect you and you don't want to protect it but you want to protect your party or doctrine or religion or tribe or nationality or, or, or?! And how it can protect you and you give the intruders the right of keeping the weapon because you keep it!!? Yes, you (whence you know or don't know) sell your security and security of your country, home and your brothers to the merchants of death and weapon, those who want to make Iraq remain in case of violence to make their trade be popular and profitable, they will live and we will die and the home will die God forbids. Know that your weapon is your dignity and honor if it was used in right way and right aims otherwise it is abjectness by death only, the resistance isn't higher and more expensive than home and people, the tribe and its head isn't higher and more expensive than home and people, the political and religious leaderships aren't higher and more expensive than home and people.

Didn't the martyr (Al-Sayyid Muhammad Al-Sadr) sacrifice by himself and his sons only!? And for the people especially our home (Iraq) is country of sanctuaries, infallibles, Al-Islam, doctrine, culture, civilization, thought and peace

All these titles are melting and annihilating in front of home and Iraq otherwise you are reason in annihilating Iraq. Is the tribe without home?! Or is the resistance without home?! Or are all titles have existence and entity without home. No, they have no dignity nor honor without home but I'm certain that Allah's religion and doctrine without Iraq will be weak then you will be reason to weaken these heavenly titles whence you know or don't know, so fear Allah, be virtuous, don't exceed the limits, don't spoil, don't destroy the crops and lives and Allah is not pleased with turmoil. Also, we should know that not any violence is faced by violence like it except a violence which humiliates the country of sanctuaries (Iraq). Don't you see that the one who tried to defend on other than Iraq, the other lived in peace but Iraq still bleed under the stress of corruption and violence, the Iraqi blood became cheap unfortunately. How long Iraq remains a bridge to the others or gate to the others, we die and they live?!! Isn't a time for Iraq and Iraqis to live united under banner of Iraq without external or sectarian or doctrinal interventions especially Iraq is the first in everything: It is country of prophets, capital of Shiites, gathering of Arabs and Kurds, tent of Sunna and Shiites, country of peaceful minorities, country of civilization and integration, it deserves to be annihilated in it and defend on it, not to be a bite in the hands of the others. Isn't enough that the corruption harms the home and its people, in which the loose weapon be mercy shot which kill Iraq and the hands throw it back and forth here and there…what is the matter with you, you don't want honor for Iraq!!?? And you want strength and stability to the minor titles, don't you know that your strength is from Iraq strength and its weakness is weakness to you!!? Not the contrary. Therefore, we have to put an end to the security breakdown and spread the weapon among those who aren't aware of meaning of weapon and don't know how to use it but even don't know the forbiddance of using it, some have no piety in using it nor religion, they turned Iraq to forest in which the beasts struggle without mercy nor kindness, do they not perceive? After Iraq was example in progress, civilization and faith, some people made it joke because of corruption, violence, security breakdown and silly struggles far from culture and scientific and practical progress, no medicine, nor industry, nor agriculture, nor reading, nor studying, nor education, nor trade just robberies, drugs and prohibited weapons and the like.. don't you be guided!!? I satisfy with this otherwise the heart feels sadness on our beloved Iraq, may be the answer on the first question had been illustrated and to Allah returns the matters
