In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Allah said in His Holy Book: He has prescribed mercy upon His grace

It means: the mercy includes all His matters Glory to Him, He is Merciful even in His punishment, torture, Ability and domination, if He wills, He can punish the people with various types of punishments, didn't you hear His speech: Were Allah to seize people on account of their injustices, He would not have left anyone walking on the earth, but He gives them respite up to an appointed promise; then when their promise comes they cannot back one moment nor come forward

All these matters are within His Wide mercy whereas it is He whose mercy preceded His wrath but even His mercy preceded His justice, all these are manifestations of His mercy to His creatures. If we are certain that He has severe punishment, but His punishment is mercy especially if we join to it the speech of Allah: O mankind! Your oppression is only a torment against yourselves; derive the benefit until you live in this world; you have then to return to Us and thereupon We shall show you your misdeeds

Each impiety or oppression or sin return to the person then he will deserve the torture but if he left that then the punishment will be raised, it applies on all Divine punishments ( individual and public) or say the private trial and public one … it means the trials which befall the person or the society in general, the Holy Quran has many examples on the public trials which befell the society as flood, some epidemics, and lack in money and souls and the like, but more trials were specific to specific area in our world, as the dryness which befell some regions in the age of prophet Joseph or the flood which befell some regions in the age of prophet Noah...etc. It can say that all these trials which were reported in the Holy Quran or came after it didn't include all world but it had come according to the general desert because the humans' behaviors at that time, but what is happening from trial, I mean (pandemic) is a trial which included all world without exception, and this means that all world deserves trial without exception also. Both trials came because of sins and impiety which are spreading in specific region or environment or the like and that is what we (the Muslims) believe in it according to what was mentioned in the Quran as in His speech: In response they rebelled against the Lord's command, so the thunderbolt seized them whilst they were watching

Or His speech: (In response they turned away- We therefore sent upon them a tremendous flood and in exchange of their two gardens gave them two gardens bearing bitter fruit, and tamarisk, and some berries) and there are more, if you will you can read

In the same time, these trials come gradually to warn people, if they warned and returned to Allah then Allah will raise the torture from them as in the noble verse: So if only had there been one dwelling* that believed and its belief would have benefited it –except the nation of Yunus (Jonah) when they accepted faith, We removed the disgraceful punishment in the life of this world from them, and let them enjoy for a while. *that was destroyed after being warned

If they persisted and oppressed then Allah will destroy them because of their deeds as in people of A'ad, Thamud and Tubba and others. If we check out, we will find that many trials caused return to the messengers of Allah whereas they asked them to remove the trial away from them even if they didn't believe in them, but today and with this trial, there are not messengers to return to them to raise the torture from us, but what is happening now is uncertainty that the trial is heavenly or divine, many people especially from those who don't believe in Allah nor in His messenger try to give pleas concerning this trial or that and say: it is due to human deed from China or America labs

I say: even it is from the labs of one of these two states but the humans are weaker and insignificant to run away from the Divine and Heavenly will, nowadays they resort to their sciences so they interpret the trial according to their desire therefore it can't expect from them to return to Allah or pray to God or the like, then it will be difficult to raise the trial whereas Allah said: And We have indeed sent Noble Messengers towards the nations that were before you- We therefore seized them with hardship and adversity so that, in some way, they may pray to God

But what is happening now is not mere never praying to God or never return to Allah only but it is increasing in sin, varying in impiety and challenging the heaven, whereas after spread the pandemic then the case of gay and normalization with the enemy of Allah spread, also spread of massacres, killing, disagreements, atheism, the suspicions and deviated creeds, financial and moral corruption, drug, slaves and children trade and others more. it may not be acceptable if I address my speech to all world because the one who isn't obeyed can't give an order, therefore I will address my speech to Iraq and Iraqis because charity and advice begin at home. They have to rectify their matters as soon as possible in front of Allah and in front themselves and work to reform themselves, their religion, their doctrine and their beliefs and never humoring the West that wants the fornication to spread in our beloved Iraq as atheism, same – sex marriage and others from its heresies and sins. They should rectify the corruption which is spread in their country whether on the popular level as spread sins, impiety, disagreements, killing, suspicions and deviated creeds and others which I can't mention them here, or on the political corruption level which becomes characteristic at most politicians and others from those who cooperate with them or satisfy in their deeds or keep silent or overlook on them. The rectification can't be through mob, noise and riot because there is great danger on the fate of Iraq in that as we mentioned previously, but it can be through election, million demonstration to the lovers of reformation and homelands to remove the corrupters and corruption which harm the beloved Iraq. I'm certain if this was fulfilled then it will be the beginning of hope to raise the trial and pandemic even relatively whether through direct Heavenly reasons or worldly reasons and Allah is the Causer of each cause as He said: And your Lord is not such as to destroy townships without reason, while their people are righteous

Otherwise His speech will apply upon us: and We never destroy towns unless its people are unjust

So don't oppress yourselves through refusing to vote and through never giving your voices to the reformers or to those that there is hope in them to reform even gradually because the way of reformation is long and it doesn't come just through working, perseverance, determination and persistence to make the corrupters miss the opportunity, those who took the authority and stole the wealth of Iraq and wanted to make Iraqis kneel but how far the abjectness is from us. Otherwise our fate will be as the fate of previous nations who didn't support the reformers as in the people of prophet Salih who hamstrung the camel and they regret as in His speech: This is she-camel- one day shall be her turn to drink, and on the other appointed day, shall be your turn". "And do not touch her with evil intentions for the punishment of the Great Day will seize you". So they hamstrung her, and in the morning could only regret

Or other nations so read. Don't make the corrupters discourage you because their cunning is weak as in noble verse: Whoever desires honor –therefore all honor belongs to Allah! Towards Him only ascends the pure good speech, and He raises high the pious deed; and for those who conspire evil is a severe punishment; and their own conspiracy will be destroyed

So beware of the devils of humans before the devils of jinn whereas they inspire to the other with fabrications to deceive, if they overruled on you once again, they will steal you and submit your Iraq to the normalization and made it subordinate to the out, didn't you hear the speech of Allah Therefore how – when they are such that if they gain control over you, they would not have regard for any relations nor for any treaty? They please you with their mouths whereas their hearts contain rejection; and most of them are disobedient

So unite and don't be deceived by the corrupters and don't believe their lies and cunning and you are the victorious. Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon those who followed the reformation
