Steps of the reformative project by the representative of nation between the wisdom of leader and the suspicion of agitators

(If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease and the agitators in Al-Medina do not desist, We shall then surely empower you against them, so then they will not remain your neighbors in Medina except for a few day.) Surah: Al-Ahzab/60

One day Al-Sayed Muqtada Al-Sader said (Your trust in your leadership obligate you not to ask about the reason) when he answer on a question that was sent by a group from Al-Moumahhideen (those who prepare for the appearance of Al-Mahdi) and now if we are obedient to the successful leader, we have to stop at this phrase for a long time because it will benefit us especially we pass at this time which is full of political movements and changing in the attitudes ,once it is ascending, once it is descending and once take the state of extension in the skyline without ascending nor descending
This changes in the attitudes happened from politicians who possessed on the high ranks in the state to control the people by the stick of trickery and false promises to stay the owner of decision and authority who dominant on the necks with heart that is empty from mercy, without non useful action, trickery, hypocrisy and fabrication, thus the days informs us about them and it cries and asking for help and say save me and whiten my face by changing
Nowadays many inquiries appeared from some people not all of them especially when Al-Sayed Muqtada issued a paper of people and the last statement on 20 April 2016 after the end of period seventy two hours that why Al-Sayed Muqtada Al-Sader doesn't give an order to us to enter the red zone and breaking in it? Also why he doesn't order to demand to break up the three presidencies and he just insisted on forming the ministerial cabinet which characterized by independent technocrat? And why is this patience on procrastinating from the government? Didn't he say before (all government will be pulled out
Thus the inquiries occurred at some people who didn't reach the level of knowing the responsibility and the great tasks of the leader, putting himself instead of his leader in ordering to do something or leave it
And to clear these inquiries we have to pay attention to the following points
First: they said that the policy is the art of possibility and the art of possibility is the submission to the political reality and never change it on account of power or benefit or the like and this needs if you want to deal with it to follow its way to get the gains that lead to the change and reformation
Al-Sayed Muqtada endeavors to fulfill a reformation achievement through the manners of policy itself leaving the pressure that get out from this manner. Whereas the matters that he presented can't be ignored but some from them must be remained in the mind of people and that evoke many inquiries in their chests, and begin then the suggestions and trends that harmonize with it, the determination intensifies in facing the corruption then the souls will incline to accept the solutions that approach them from the reformation conditions and accept what was regarded in the imagination is unforgiving crime
Second: there are matters that should be ambiguity to reach to the best results whereas the aim can't be fulfilled just through the primary ambiguity in addition to keep the rush level at the people and evoke the conditions of power and optimism between them also evoke hard and sensitive conditions at the corruptors from the government that is mixture of confusion and astonishment with evoking a condition of ambiguity that doesn't permit for the persons in the corrupted government for more maneuver and movement.so it must pay attention that Al-Sayed Muqtada wants to confuse their movement that they maneuver by it and make them know that he has the rule in the matters that make facing him is from the matter that not to be sneezed at it and they can't guarantee the success in anything that he wants to do
Third: in the world of policy there is a language for understanding for the one who want to enter into it, it is the language of chances and how to invest it in the right way because each disputed parties or more see what is suitable for him to win the struggle and there someone may compel when he reaches to the desperation to use the excessive power in destruction the other because there is who support him on that. Now in Iraq there are political parties that supported from many parties not from one party and we can divide them into the following
A- America and what it represents from strategy depth in the region in general.
B- Turkey and Saudi and what they represent from mad movement to make their followers stay in the Iraqi government and impose names that can't abandon them
C- Iran and its interfere in the country and push the events to their special benefits
Then the reformation movement in order to change the persons who connect with these countries will cause reverse reaction maybe united with him for what the political reality imposes on their different strategy because they get benefits from this situation in Iraq
So in order not reach to this state that lead to unite these countries to beat the people and make the country engages in the sea of blood therefore the one who represent the reformation side should be veteran, intelligent and sincere to deal with such forces which are different between them but the domination and control on Iraq gathered them
And as Al-Sayed Muqtada didn't demand just the right that everyone confesses it and it is a general right that all people demand it and the one who deny this right will face the anger of the people, as the people carry the banner of reformation then there isn't a chance for these countries to interfere regarding that it is internal matter and it could held a parliament session to change the ministerial cabinet
And that's on contrary if they demand to break up the three presidencies whereas we will give them the chance to interfere in a way that we couldn't predict its results and negatives
Fourth: there are many attitudes in the Islamic history that the followers and the supporter cannot understand their right leaders that’s lead them to live in doubt, confusion and inquiry, this is defect and dangerous turn to the person himself because it maybe leads to deviate and to move away from the right leader due to he doesn’t understand their deeds by correct way in spite of existence of the benefit that he cannot see at once but it will appear later. For ex: what happened in reconciliation of Al-Hudaibiya, whereas at the end of sixth year from Al-Hijrah, the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) ordered his followers to prepare for minor hajj and call the neighbor polytheist tribes to accompany the Muslims in this travel therefore it was spread in all over the Arabic island that the Muslims will be directed in month of Dhu Al-Qi'dah to Mecca for the minor hajj. The news of the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) to his followers that they will enter to the Holy Mosque is one item from this wonderful policy whereas the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) be satisfied with some sides of this matter that’s the entering will happen but he kept silent on another side that’s the entering will not be in this years and he left this matter to the people themselves but most of them misunderstood it that the entering will be by peaceful way and they followed this wrong understanding and bad attitudes appeared because this, they understood that they will enter to Mecca at the same year and do their rites and they considered that the going back is denial to the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) even some of his followers said more than it then the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) said: (indeed I said: we will enter to Mecca but I didn’t say in this year in order that the going back be denial) but the matter didn’t stand on this limit but exceeded it and some of them suspected in the prophecy even some of historian narrated that one of the followers said: (I suspected in the prophecy in Al-Hudaibiya and talked by what I fear from it) and another one said: (if a forty men were with me then I was be opposite to him) whereas some of them saw in this reconciliation what they considered are shame and low therefore they didn’t bear it and behaved in such way. Till the benefit appeared after a period whereas this quiet and stability effected after two years from this treaty whereas there were with the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) one thousand and four hundred in Al-Hudaibiya but after two years when he went to conquest Mecca there were ten thousands with him and this difference was result from the reconciliation because some people fear from Quraish therefore they didn’t join with the Muslims but when Quraish confessed in the Islamic existence then it was gave for the tribes the full freedom to join with the Muslims, in addition to it the reconciliation proved that the Prophet (blessing and peace of Allah be upon him and his family) is a peace man and didn’t love the bloodshed, from here we guide to the meaning of what Al-Imam Al-Sadiq said (peace of Allah be upon him) on the importance of this reconciliation whereas he said: (there was not case most blessing than it) and there is lesson from that event, when Al-Sayed said: ( all government will be pulled out)he didn’t say: ( all government will be pulled out) now or after three days or one month or one year but he made the matter obscure whereas he see the benefit only, then we can understand many benefits, some of them are
One: there are some from Iraqi people imagined that Al-Sayed Muqtada Al-Sader opposite to the peaceful manners in his movement and he doesn’t use the dialogue language and the legitimate demand through the customary ways and traditions in the region and the world, from this side they fear from him and from his motions and decisions but he could through the demonstrations and the sit-in and his insistence on the peaceful way to decrease from their fear and he explained by his moving that he doesn’t opposite to the peaceful way to demand by the stole rights and removing the corruption
Two: the attending of Al-Sader's followers in the demonstrations and the sit-in in front of sights of civil trend and the others, and holding many lectures and cultural meetings and also holding the festivals which call for loving of Al-Iraq and mixing with all Iraqi sects and make them to understand that they are brothers and the country gathers them without attention to another address which specify the identity of demonstrator whereas this work itself will define the nature of Al-Sader's followers to change the picture which it was took on them, therefore the iron curtain was removed which the government, some hypocrisies from Al-Sader's followers and others made it, whereas the places of demonstrations and sit-in proved the lying of them and failure of what they want to reach to it whereas the arrangement, the sincerity, the full obedience and the observance of times of prayers and reading the Holy Koran from Al-Sader followers moved the admiration and the brotherhood and this lead to enter a lot of them to it and also effect on some brothers from the Christian whereas one of them enter to Al-Islam
Three: the demonstrations and the sit-in showed the degree of loving from Al-Sayed to the peace and how he observed with it in spite of the large base of his followers and also they showed the absolute obedience of his followers in this side and they represented Al-Islam sides by higher pictures and this is opposite to what most of the government persons alleged that Al-Sayed and his followers don’t do well and don’t know just the language of weapon and fighting
Four: if the government doesn’t respond to the peaceful demands they will be exposed to danger of the fall in the region and the world because they will see how the government dealt with the peaceful nation which they call for reformation without carrying any weapon then the right of nation will appear clearly and their demand to change the ministerial cabinet and the aggression of the government and nullity of its attitudes will appear for all, then they cannot be able to continue in their corruption and thefts or holding military alliance to hit the peaceful demonstrators because that their demands is legislative and the government able to achieve them, Al-Sayyed noticed all of them so he called for all Iraqis to go to the red zone and Al-Tahreer (liberation) square for the peaceful demonstration and sit-in
Five: the motions and the decisions of Al-Sayyed Muqtada Al-Sader and his dealing with the government in this period lead to remove a lot of psychical complexes which they suffer toward him because of his high ethics and patience that he showed in front of obstinacy and insolence of the government, and the fast effort and the true wish from him to achieve the reformation by the peaceful ways, these things proved for them that he is a great man who has high ethics in spite of what he suffered from the government but his heart was replete by feeling of mercy and love on the people whereas government saw that how he opposite to the opinions of a lot of people even from his close followers and preferred to keep the unity of Iraq to achieve the peace and not to give any chance to muddy it whereas this kind of behavior repealed the effect of all the bad propagandas which were circulated against him and his attitudes, ethics and thoughts which proved for all that really he is peace man and a good propagandist inside and outside of Iraq and even if his word is supreme and the decision by his hand then he will deal with his enemy by good treatment, so my brothers, slowly, slowly, we should be patient and the trust in our leader should be high whereas he made us learn the good and the fixedness on it during the previous thirteen years, and his wisdom was tried, so we should be between his hands as the dead between the hand of the washer, so as long as we choose him a leader so we should walk behind him by steps of the assured
