To Al-Sayyid Kamal Al-Haidari and the relation with the external object
A lot of people described the demonstration, the sit-in and the uprising of Iraqi nation that it is out of law and they are slipping into and members in Saddam's party , indeed the one who spoke with this speech was by motive of spite , hatred and for his benefits therefore we didn't reply on them because they don't deserve it, but when the matter emanate from Al-Sayyid Kamal Al-Haidari the large scientist and the scholar whereas we thought that he was oppressed from the men of Al-Hawza when they attacked him and tried to make him low then he lived the bitterness of that injustice when he tried to defend on himself and rise any suspicion on his opinions , the strange thing is that he turns from oppressed to oppressor and accuse the others without right whereas he wasn't existent with them and didn't share them the effects of ordeal which came from that corruption government whereas the nation lived in pain , sadness, neediness and severity and in spite of these matters , he described them that they are anarchists although all world heard their demands and confessed them after they saw their high discipline which it isn't comparable in the modern world beside the other countries, the motion of demonstration , sit-in , uprising and revolution which happened recently in Iraq is a normal result for the circuitous way of government and the unjust stress on the nation in addition to the corruption which made Iraq reaches to the abyss that its future results aren't known just by Allah Glory to Him , and there are two sides in matter of demonstration , uprising and revolution ( the objectivity and Al-Tariqiya*) as to its objectivity verily the change of soul by refusing the injustice and the corruption is honor that the person tries through it to pure his soul in front of Allah glory to Him so it is lovely thing in itself and as to the other side because he puts an end to the injustice and fix the justice in the society as saying of Allah( indeed Allah does not change His favor upon any nation until the change their own condition) Surah Al-Ra'd/ 11
In addition to it the movement which happened inside the Iraqi society is one from the external object which the jurist doesn't have share from it to be under his hands and he is far from it, didn't see it and didn't live its events only hearing, would that the truth and faithfulness were in this hearing to be complementary for the legitimate proof to issue the decision and the resorting to the jurists is to be in their specialism that's the educing from the narrations and what is educed from the narrations is the legitimate rules but it doesn't include the definition of external object so the jurists are legitimate proof in what relate to the narrations not in definition of external object and if anyone objects to what was narrated that Al-Imam Al-Mahdi peace of Allah be upon him said ( resort in the occurring matters to the narrators of our speech whereas they are my proof on you and I'm proof of Allah on them ) if we don't consider the occurring matters with the legitimate rules that's the educing from the narration is the meant from this saying but generalized to all what keep the social and political matters and other matters which the believers need in it to whom explain their rules then this requires from the jurist that he surrounds with all sides of the event that happen and know with the hidden and causes of it then it is disgraceful that the jurist limits his work with the codification and the legislation without be attention the executed power to execute their decisions because it is necessary in every society is the existence of the just social system to keep the civil entity which the human society inclines to it.
This point disappeared on the jurist then he didn't move practically to establish the basis of the social justice inside the Iraqi society and he only satisfied on the government and closed his mouth on her corruption because he represents an Islamic sect that shares with her in the name only and he didn't give some of his time to be attention to the sides of corruption and sectarianism which spread in the society and cut him , the Islam is not limited by the worship only or by the codification and the legislation whereas the holy Quran gives other worldly facts that's ( And stop them for they shall be questioned ) and the speech of the prophet peace of Allah be upon him and his family ( the one who doesn't interest with Muslim matter is not from us ) support this fact, so the matter is not only that I'm worshipper or not or I'm codified or not but there is a third side that's I'm responsible and it is ordained on me to work hardly to move the side of just government in the oppressed Iraqi society in view of the fact that the holy legislator vouches for the personal and social benefits for the human person from beginning of his being till end of his life so the jurist should moves in this side when he has chance to achieve it.
But unfortunately with sever sadness Iraq is still in this stage -since the fall of tyrant Saddam till now – suffer from the absence of that guide who live their difficult conditions and the crucial stage that they face it whereas oppressed Iraqi people suffered from two basic examples from guides of this age:
The first: the guide who live outside Iraq and far from Iraqi people and in specific region and he preferred to live in far places because they are more safety and comfortable and far from urgent events that face the country.
The second: the guide who live inside Iraq and in specific place and don't know what is going on around him and in the far places whereas he decided to live behind walls that isolated him from the people and will not see the truth because of these walls.
So if the guide is far from the nation and the one who is inside doesn't care about their matters even though their bloods flow because of the bullets of corrupted government then it is necessary to the existent of good leadership leads the nation to the safety land and fill the gap that was caused by the guide.
This leadership comes from Iraqi land and lives their suffers and trials to face together the plans and conspiracies against this oppressed nation.
And this matter isn't strange nor heresy but the leadership is a necessity from necessities of life that the society doesn't be straight except by it and by its existence in the event place. And that is God's grace that He doesn't let Iraq without hope which get them out of this darkness that occupier brought it and the deeds of their agents from Shias and others.
And when the reformer rose and he hasn't carry the title of guide but he has carried the sincerity and love of country and love the freedom and weak people and hate the oppression and oppressors , he became famous and his reformative steps appears and the love of Iraqi people increases for him all these things evoke anger and move your feeling of disability in leading this society from inside because the nation doesn't love you because you have stayed away from him and thus are the souls , they dislike those who don't share them their pains and woes and their happiness just few of them who have benefits with them whether material or moral then they depended on them in reporting the news from inside that inform you about the internal affair of this country and would that they were honest in reporting the news and didn't deviate it but their deviation isn't strange because they don't satisfy nor follow the leader reformer who doesn’t follow their guide and that's the big calamity and great ordeal when the guide who wear turban deviates the truths according to his desires.
And when we demonstrated, sat-in , upraised and revolted under the leadership of reformer who has represented the people in best way to free them from corruption restrictions which the government protects and keeps it , so the best nation was the Iraqi nation in his obedience and the best leader was the one who rose at this time from the history with high discipline and precision and it wasn't mentioned any breach nor destroying anything ( peaceful- peaceful – peaceful ) as Al-Sayyid the leader Muqtada Al-Sader said.
And now I want to ask the eminence Al-Sayyid kamal Al-Haideri where did you see the anarchy?
First: did you see it by the ambiguity of demonstrators demands which are against the corruption and corruptors and demanding for technocrat ministerial cabinet provided that it should be independent without any party and sectarian tendencies?!
Second: did you see it not discipline and you see and hear its high discipline in keeping on the governmental and civil properties and never make anything out of the peaceful demonstration?!
Third : did you see the demonstrators agitated carrying the weapons by their hands to judge in such judgment and all people see how they don't carry just the Iraqi flag and give the flowers to the security forces?!
Fourth: and did you see how the government oppressive officers shot unarmed demonstrators by bullets and how they killed the innocents?!
Fifth: did you see and observe the behaviors of government in procrastination in achieving the legal demands of its nation?!
Sixth : did you hear the government how she lies and describe their nation by Al-Ba'thien and infiltrating , his nation made them reach to the rule chairs by the order from guide to go to election?!
And did you...and did you …and did you
At last I ask Allah to protect the nation of Islam especially the oppressed nation of Iraq and to clear the right to the guide while he sees to the external objects
