In the name of Allah

Once again the parliament was unable to vote to approve on the budget because of political, partisan, sectarian and national disputes forgetting the people suffering, hence

First: I advise to forget their disputes and approve it as soon as possible

Second: I warn them from delaying

Third: I thank the attitude of Sa'iroon Bloc and I demand them more
