The Central Bank and all other banks are prisoners of the corruption and corruptors, the government and parliament should work and through specialized ways to end that and free them immediately, it isn't enough (Floating of Currency) it may be a weapon with double edges then Iraq gets out from crisis to fall in another severe one, and the only victim is the people in their sustenance
