In the name of Allah

Welcome dear guests in Baghdad of (Al-Imamein Al-Jawadein) (peace of Allah be upon them) and of Abi Hanifa Al-Nu'man. The best of it is the International and regional openness of Iraq, also its openness with Arab states, Iraq's hosting of this summit was an important turning from economic and security sides, there is a clear indication of the importance of Iraq in the region and on its sovereignty and leadership in various fields, especially the summit was successful in gathering many parties in which Iraq can play an important role in stabilizing the security and stability in the Middle East. It is fraternal summit before being political one or something else… therefore the enemy will not be able to erase that whether by deed or word. I would like to express my thanks to the guests firstly, and to the president and prime minister secondly who had the active effect in openness on the international and regional side especially the Arabic
