The Freedom Of Woman-Speech of Muhammed AL-Sader In 25th Friday -The second Part

The woman doesn’t have a full freedom, but she has partial freedom, therefore, we can mention some treatises:

The firs treatise: the Islam ensure the freedom of woman in the afterworld but it didn’t ensure the freedom of her in our world

The second treatise: the Islam ensure the freedom of woman partially , but it didn’t equal between men and women , God said in the Qur'an ( Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other )

The third treatise: the Islam ensure the Economic freedom of woman such as the man, but Morally there are some restricts on the woman more than the man.

Now, I'll subtract evidences and results of these treatises :

the first treatise , the Islam ensure the freedom of woman in the afterworld as God said in the Quran ( Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward ) then , the Quran mentions that there is a forbidden freedom for both men and women ,(which is freedom in committing the guilts , God said in the Qur'an (It is not for any believer man or woman to have the choice in the affair when a matter is decreed by Allah and His Prophet. Whosoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger strays into clear error) the men and women are equal in the Forgiveness and punishment, God said in the Qur'an (Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed,You do not fail in [Your] promise* And their Lord responded to them, "Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah , and Allah has with Him the best reward ) most of the words of Quran related in the afterworld more than our world , especially in saying of god (Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female) so that , men and women are equal in the afterworld , in accepting their work and the integration , but in our world they are not equal whereas there are many things forbidden for women not like man such as the religious , leadership ,guidance ,and half share of the hereditament .this is constant matter for the boys and girls ,the brothers and sisters , the grandfather and grandmother ,and the husband and wife ;the husband has double share of the wife , and in the trial ,the witness of two women are equal the witness of one man.
